This crawl space had ground water seepage which left puddles of water. The water was causing humidity which rises from the crawl space into the rest of the home and can cause damage to a home's structure and mold in the home. This family was experiencing mold systems and contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to asses the crawl space problem. Our installation team completed the crawl space encapsulation using CleanSpace which prevents water vapor from escaping the crawl space and going into the rest of the home.
