Encapsulation in Earleville MD

High Humidity levels in this crawl space had the homeowner questioning how to reduce the moisture before it started to damage the home. After speaking to a neighbor who had the same issue, he found out that encapsulation helped eliminate his issue, and he immediately reached out to our company.

First, we did a full Mold-X2 treatment to treat the mold that had already started growing due to the moisture. We then installed our SilverGlo insulation, Drainage Matting and a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier. To finalize this install, we installed brand new Vent covers and a Crawl space door, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier, which will keep humidity below 55%.
