There was a minor setback with having to reschedule with me 2 times, but Quality 1st did the right thing by me and took money off my balance for the inconvenience. Special shout out to Ramon and Carlos. They are both great guys, very professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend Quality 1st Basements to anyone in need of slab leveling (like me) or anything they specialize in for that matter.
