We needed Quality 1st Basement Systems to come out because there was shifting and sinking in our concrete. Sean Johnson was our foreman on the job this time. He was extremely courteous and took the time to observe all the areas we pointed out that needed to be lifted, and he even noticed some others. He was very meticulous in completing this job to our satisfaction. (And I am a tough customer with high expectations!!) We are very happy with the work that has been completed at our home and also thankful for Quality 1st Basements for standing behind their warranty!!
