Concrete pool deck settlement is often caused by poor soil compaction during construction, water erosion beneath the slab, or soil shrinkage due to drought conditions. These factors create voids under the concrete, leading to uneven sinking and cracking over time.
Lifting With PolyLevel
We lifted this sunken pool deck using PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane based foam. We injected the foam beneath the slab through small holes, where it expanded to fill voids and gently raised the concrete back to its original level, quickly and with minimal disruption.
