Concrete Settlement
This homeowner's pool deck faced concrete settlement due to a combination of poor soil compaction during construction, water erosion from rain and pool runoff, and the natural drying and shrinking of the soil beneath the slab. These factors caused the soil to shift and create voids, leading to uneven, sunken concrete that not only affected the deck's appearance but also posed safety risks.

Before Repairs
In order to ensure the most effective concrete repair solution, our System Design Specialist conducted a comprehensive inspection of the entire pool deck. This detailed evaluation allowed us to accurately identify the extent of the settlement and underlying causes, enabling us to develop a precise and long-lasting repair plan tailored to the homeowner's needs.

During PolyLevel Install
To restore this uneven pool deck, our crew used PolyLevel Foam Injections. We drilled small holes into the sunken concrete slabs and injected a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the surface. As the foam expanded, it lifted the concrete back to a safe, level position, providing fast, clean, and long-lasting results.

PolyLevel In Place
PolyLevel offers a quick-curing, non-invasive solution for lifting sunken concrete. Its lightweight formula stabilizes the soil without adding pressure, making it ideal for delicate areas like pool decks.

PolyLevel Foam Injections
Unlike traditional methods, PolyLevel won't wash out, erode, or deteriorate over time, ensuring a reliable, permanent fix that restores both safety and appearance.

Applying NexusPro
After lifting the slabs, our crew applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to fill and seal cracks and joints around the pool deck. This UV-resistant, flexible sealant prevents water infiltration, protects against future damage, and maintains a clean, polished look.

NexusPro Joint Sealant
NexusPro is specially engineered to withstand extreme weather and sun exposure without cracking or drying out, offering long-lasting protection and a seamless finish for concrete surfaces.
