Before Repairs
To ensure the most effective and long-lasting concrete repair solution, our System Design Specialist performed a comprehensive inspection of the entire sidewalk. This involved closely examining each slab for signs of settlement, cracking, and joint separation, as well as identifying potential causes such as soil erosion, poor drainage, or voids beneath the concrete.

Concrete Settlement
Soil erosion, poor compaction, and water washout beneath the slabs were the main causes of this homeowner's concrete sidewalk settlement, leading to sinking, uneven surfaces, and potential tripping hazards.

Lifting With PolyLevel
We lifted the sunken sidewalk by drilling small penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting our expanding PolyLevel Foam beneath the slabs, which gently raised and leveled the surface back to its original position.

NexusPro Joint Sealant
The crew also applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to fill and protect the sidewalk joints, preventing water infiltration and debris buildup that can cause further damage and deterioration.

Lifted And Leveled
Our PolyLevel Foam lifted and leveled the sunken sidewalk, while NexusPro Joint Sealant sealed the gaps, together enhancing safety by eliminating tripping hazards and boosting the home's overall curb appeal!
