Concrete Settlement
This homeowners backyard patio concrete settled due to a combination of poor soil compaction, water erosion beneath the slab, and natural soil shrinkage over time. These factors created voids under the surface, causing the concrete to sink and become uneven.

Before Repair
To provide the homeowner with the most effective and long-lasting concrete repair solution, our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection of the entire backyard patio. This detailed assessment involved evaluating the extent of the settlement, identifying underlying soil conditions, checking for drainage issues, and locating any cracks or voids beneath the slab.

During PolyLevel Install
The team began by drilling small, carefully placed holes into the sunken sidewalk slabs. Through these access points, we injected our high-density PolyLevel Foam beneath the concrete. As the foam expanded, it filled voids in the soil and gently lifted the slabs back to their original level.

PolyLevel Foam
PolyLevel Foam offers a long-lasting solution for sunken concrete by providing strong, lightweight support that won't wash out or erode over time. It cures within minutes, so surfaces are ready for use shortly after installation. Unlike traditional methods, PolyLevel is environmentally friendly and delivers accurate, controlled lifting for a safe and permanent fix.

Applying NexusPro
We started by thoroughly cleaning out the cracks and joints between the sidewalk slabs to remove dirt, debris, and any old sealant. Once the area was prepped, we applied our advanced NexusPro Joint Sealant, carefully filling the gaps to create a smooth, flexible, and waterproof seal.

NexusPro Joint Sealant
NexusPro is a durable, UV-resistant joint sealant designed to withstand extreme weather without drying, cracking, or bubbling. Unlike traditional caulks, it remains flexible as the concrete naturally shifts, preventing future joint damage and water infiltration.
