Concrete Settlement
The concrete sidewalk has settled due to a combination of poor soil compaction during initial installation, water infiltration from poor drainage or gutter overflow, and natural soil erosion over time. These factors cause the underlying support to weaken, allowing the slab to sink unevenly and create visible dips or cracks.

Before Repairs
To ensure the most effective concrete repair solution for the homeowner, our System Design Specialist began by performing a full assessment of the entire sidewalk to identify the underlying causes of settlement and evaluate the overall condition of the concrete.

Lifting With PolyLevel
Our crew lifted and stabilized the homeowner's sunken sidewalk by strategically drilling small injection holes and administering our PolyLevel Foam. The expanding polyurethane foam filled voids beneath the concrete, gently raising the slabs to their designated surface height.

PolyLevel
Repairing this sidewalk with PolyLevel provided a quick, clean, and long-lasting solution, lifting uneven slabs with minimal disruption and preventing future settling by stabilizing the soil beneath while also increasing the load bearing capacity of the entire walkway.

Applying NexusPro
We sealed the sidewalk joints using our NexusPro Joint Sealant, a durable and UV-resistant formula. After cleaning out debris and preparing the cracks, NexusPro was applied.

NexusPro Joint Sealant
NexusPro was added to protect against water infiltration, prevent further concrete movement, and ultimately to enhance the sidewalk's appearance.

Lifted And Leveled
With the combined power of PolyLevel and NexusPro, this homeowner's sidewalk is now fully lifted, leveled, and protected, ensuring long-lasting stability for years to come!
