Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Concrete Garage Floor Lifting and Leveling in Monmouth Beach, NJ

Quality 1st Basement Systems was hired by a homeowner in Monmouth Beach, NJ to lift and level their sinking garage floor. Before providing the installation, we had our System Design Specialist, Joe D, inspect the concrete. Joe measured how far the concrete had sunk and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best solution. Our crew drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete and injected a waterproof polyurethane foam underneath the slab. Once the void was filled, the foam expanded and lifted the concrete back to its original height. Once the slabs were even, our crew used a waterproof joint sealant to seal the cracks. Fifteen minutes after the installation, the foam cured, and the concrete was repaired. The homeowner was pleased with the final results!
