Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Concrete Walkway Repair in Neptune, NJ
This homeowner in Neptune, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to find a solution for their uneven concrete. Our System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini, was able to help by suggesting they use polyurethane foam. Our Quality 1st crew began the process by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the slab and injecting PolyLevel into the voids underneath the concrete. When the process was done, the concrete was lifted and was no longer a safety hazard. Now, the homeowner can feel safe walking around their home.
PolyLevel Injection
PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected into the slab. This is done by drilling tiny holes and injecting the foam underneath and into the voids.
Tripping Hazard
This walkway is a dangerous tripping hazard. If someone were to walk over this, they could injure themselves.
Concrete Lifted
Once our crew is done injecting the polyurethane foam, the walkway will be brought to a level position. Now, the walkway is safe to walk on!
