Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Corrected Sinking Porch in Mansfield, NJ
Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner located in Mansfield, NJ about sinking concrete that caused their porch to become slanted. Systems Design Specialist, Maurice Robinson measured each sinking area where some spots settled around 1" while other spots settling a little less then 1". Since the porch was settling on one side it caused large cracks in the porch that needed to be repaired as well.
The Quality 1st Crew drilled small penny size holes into the settled concrete and injected PolyLEVEL underneath. PolyLEVEL expands and hardens which then raises the concrete back to its original level. This type of installation is fast and easy causing no disruption and allows the homeowner to use the porch as little as 15 minutes after the job is completed.
