Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This beautiful Normandy Beach Patio was experiencing some sinking concrete slabs around the pool area, causing some of the slabs to separate. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when finding out that the slabs could simply be raised and then sealed without having to replace the entire slab! PolyLevel was pumped into the slab, raising it up to level and then Joint Seal was applied to fill all the voids. 

In Sea Girt, NJ a homeowner was worried about tripping hazards after noticing concrete settlement around their pool patio. After meeting with our system design specialist Javier, we were able to provide a solution! Our foreman Ash began installing our PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and restore the sunken slabs to their original surface height. Next, our crew applied our ultraviolet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to the cracks to ensure the walkway was protected against erosion. Now, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about tripping hazards this summer!

Senior Foreman, Victor Leon, and his crew went out to fix the issue. To lift and level the floor, the team drilled small holes to pump in a Polyurethane foam called Polylevel. PolyLevel can last indefinitely. It’s inorganic, it’s not sensitive to water so it won’t wash away. Once the PolyLevel foam is injected, it’s there to stay. Unlike the material used in mudjacking, the PolyLevel polymer won’t break down or disintegrate, avoiding all of the problems of washing out and erosion. After lifting the concrete slabs, the team installed nexus pro on the cracks to seal it from the outside environment. In less than 15 minutes the driveway was ready to be driven on again.
