We found him to be an excellent, respectful professional who was obviously knowledgeable about what Basement Systems could do. He was very honest, telling us exactly how much the cost would be and giving suggestions along the way. He was patient with all of our questions and never rushed us into a decision. They missed some mold on the rafters but when asked about it, quickly fixed it. They were very hard working and respectful. He was willing to answer our questions even though he was very busy. He came later to install our Sani-dry and to fix the newly installed windows. He was able to discern the problem, fix it and show us what was wrong. He too was excellent at what he was doing, very respectful and patient as we asked questions.
