Very professional throughout the process – from the initial phone call all the way to the follow up call after I had work done. The owner came out and spent a long time going through the options and ideas. Based upon this meeting, I can see how he has built a first-class operation. Perfect in every way. I decided to have them install a dehumidification system. The installer was great - very professional. Explained what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, took the time to explain how the unit works and let me know how to use it. Really a nice guy. I would recommend them to anyone.

While there certainly is a presentation as part of the estimate, I never felt pressured to buy. The tasks to fix the issues and the reason behind them were thoughtfully detailed and explained. The install went very well and I felt at ease with how the job was progressing mainly due the foreman. He was very personable and truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. When additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what the issue was and clearly defined what needed to be done. Again, I never felt that I was being pressured or sold something that I didn't need. As of 2 weeks later, I can say that I'm very pleased with the system that was installed.
