My basement looked like a monolithic pour floor which caused one company to not quote and the other one to stress the importance of choosing a company that is experienced in handling my foundation. My sales consultant, he was extremely knowledgeable and set up my job with just the essentials I would need to waterproof my basement. He never attempted to up-sell either. The schedule was put together and everything flowed after that. The crew showed up on time and worked hard to get my job completed on time despite a change order in the work from a DryTrack to WaterGuard System when it was discovered that my floor was not a monolithic floor, and then changing out the sump liner which wasn't in the original order.
