They were very neat, did a great job in fixing the problem, and took care to clean up. Mario took extra time to explain every step he was performing. You could not expect more from a service team. I might also mention that Matt did an excellent job as our salesperson. He explained things very well, took phone calls from us prior to commencement, and followed up after completion.
