We had Quality First basements encapsulate our crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. We've had the system for a few years now and we're very pleased. The install went very well, the technicians were very pleasant, professional, and on time. Each year they come out to check on things to ensure the system is performing as intended.
Just this past week John, the service technician, came out to perform the annual check.
He called when he was approximately 30 minutes away, arrived on time, wore protective footwear so as not to mark up the carpet. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a very professional appearance.
He spent about 30-40 minutes checking things out; cleaned out the sump area for the dehumidifier, changed a filter, and did an overall check of the system.
