Solution

After conducting a thorough inspection, our System Design Specialist Frank identified the root causes of the water seepage and evaluated how moisture was entering the space. With this detailed assessment, we designed a fully customized waterproofing plan tailored to the home’s specific needs. The solution included the installation of our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to effectively capture and redirect water, along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump to ensure dependable protection even during heavy rain or power outages. Each component was carefully selected to work together as part of a dynamic system. To further enhance the basement’s durability and comfort, we installed CleanSpace Wall Panels and EverLast Wall Panels to create a clean, moisture-resistant barrier, as well as ThermalDry Elite Flooring for a warmer, more inviting finish underfoot. Our IceGuard Discharge Line was also added to prevent freezing and ensure year-round system performance.
