Solution
The project began with the installation of the CleanSpace Wall System, which was applied to the basement walls to block moisture and eliminate musty odors. This vapor barrier created a cleaner and healthier environment right away. Next, WaterGuard was installed around the interior perimeter of the basement floor. This interior drainage system was designed to capture any water seeping in through the walls or floor joints and guide it efficiently to the sump pump systems.
To ensure reliable water removal, both the SuperSump and TripleSafe systems were installed. These sump pumps work together to discharge water collected by the WaterGuard system. TripleSafe, featuring multiple pumps and a battery backup, provides added protection during power outages or heavy water intrusion, while SuperSump offers strong, dependable performance for everyday conditions.
