Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in West Long Branch, New Jersey due to a leaky basement. We sent our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, to inspect the basement and he suggested they waterproof the basement. Our foreman Mario arrived at the home a few days later and installed our WaterGuard French Drain System which is installed on top of the foundation footing and collects water to direct it to the sump pump system. Then, Mario installed our ZenWall Insulated Wall Panels in the basement which tie into the French drain to direct water from the walls straight into your waterproofing system. 

Homeowner had an existing sump pump system that for many years would keep their basement dry. Over time, due to lack of maintenance, the pump began to fail. The homeowner could no longer rely on the system to protect their basement from flooding.

This customer needed a sump pump replacement that could handle the water issues in the basement. With its 1/3 hp main cast iron pump, a 1/4 hp backup pump, and a third battery-operated pump designed to kick-in during a power failure, foreman Juan Garcia and his crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to leave this customer from worrying about basement flooding.

A homeowner in Fort Lee, New Jersey was experiencing water getting into their basement.
