Then, they install three powerful pumps: the primary pump for everyday water removal, a secondary pump for backup during heavy rainfall, and a battery-powered backup pump to keep the system running during power outages. Once everything is set, the crew seals the pit, tests the system, and ensures the basement is fully protected from flooding year-round!
