Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Belford, NJ noticed their basement was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution. Our System Design Specialist Laszlo, provided an inspection and suggested a waterproofing system to protect the basement from oncoming water seepage. TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against seepage, while WaterGuard directs water away from the walls and floors. The before picture shows a sump pump that has not be maintenance in awhile causing failure and flooding. The airtight lid prevent water from evaporating back into the space all while protecting the sump pump inside the its liner. 

We find that basement windows can be part of the problem when experiencing dampness and musty odors.
