Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our customer in Fords had a very old, cracked patio.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended our PolyLevel for lifting and leveling of the slabs and NexusPro for the crack and joint sealing.  Expertly installed by Nick and his crew, and the customers are now able to safely use their patio.  Barbecue anyone?

A homeowner in Manchester, NJ noticed water seepage in their basement although they had a sump pump system. They needed a professional out to take a long see how to prevent their basement from potentially flooding. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent our System Design Specialist, out to perform a thorough inspection and offer the best recommendation.  As you can see in the before photo taken by our team, the existing sump pump system was not properly removing the water from the pit. Over time, this sump pump could no longer handle the amount of water coming in and failed. This was now causing water seepage in multiple areas of the unfinished basement. We recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard French Drain System

to efficiently collect and direct water out of the basement and away from the home. WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation, out of the clogging mud zone, water flows into the french drain and then into the protective sump pump pit liner. No musty smells or odors, with our Triple Safe's airtight lid keeping the water vapor inside.

A homeowner in Manchester, NJ called us to replace their old sump pump system because it wasn't operating properly. It had failed them too many times during recent rain and so they decided it was time to invest in a system they could trust. As a solution, we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which will provide three levels of protection while keeping the basement dry and healthy!

EverLast basement windows were installed for a homeowner in Manchester Township, NJ. Old basement windows had been upgraded for a more brighter, beautiful look.

We recommend our homeowners schedule annual maintenances for their sump pumps because it prolongs the lifespan of their system and the protection of their home.
