In Timonium, the homeowners wanted more natural light in the basement and were looking into a potential window installation. Our team dug out dirt that lay in front of the existing wall of where we would install the new window. Once we cut through the foundation wall we were able to install the vinyl EverLast Basement Window that now securely brings in more lighting. The EverLast Basement Window is a double pan window that is built with a reinforced frame and won't rust or rot like an average basement window.
This customer reached out to our company due to a recent flood in the basement of the home that caused water damage throughout it. We installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the sub-floor to capture any future wall seepage or leaks. Once the water damaged walls were removed and replaced, we installed our CleanSpace Wall system that acts as a barrier to catch any moisture and vapor that will flow down to the sub-floor drainage system.
This homeowner in Gambrills, MD wanted to install a window well to prevent water from filling during heavy rains. We removed the old window well to install our Window Well Duct. Along with this, we also installed our WellDuct Window Drain, which will capture the water and channel it down to the drainage system. By installing this system, it will prevent a water-filled window from flooding into the basement. The homeowner's peace of mind was restored thanks to our Inspector and crewman Bernie!
Water and mold destroyed this bathroom. After dealing with the source of the mold by installing a waterproofing system, we renovated this horrible bathroom into a new, clean, and dry space for the customer to enjoy. In the process, we used inorganic materials so that there would be no chance of the mold coming back.
At this property there was high moisture in the basement which was giving off the musty odor and when walking down into the lower level you'd get hit with the mugginess. The owners reached out to our company for a system that will eliminate the problems that they are experiencing. We installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier that is designed to remove the muggy feeling, high humidity and even can relieve asthma. We attached the system to the sump system that will drain right into it and connected an UltraSump Battery that will keep the system on in case of a power outage or trip circuit.
