Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Quality 1st Basement Systems installed the ThermalDry Floor in this Spotswood basement. ThermalDry system is made up of modular tiles that lock together. Each tile has pegs on its underside, which creates a space for water seepage and cold air to flow without transferring through. ThermalDry keeps basements dry and feet warm!

Water was coming in through the foundation walls of this Towaco, NJ, home. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a waterproofing estimate. They knew the basement needed waterproofing but wanted to ensure the system they invested in was a permanent solution to protect their basement. We recommended an entire perimeter waterproofing system, so our team installed the WaterGuard French Drain and SuperSump Pump System. WaterGuard collects water seeping into the basement and directs it to the SuperSump Pump System, where it will be pumped away from the basement.

Our customers in Edison, NJ were looking to fully waterproof their finished basement and make the concrete floors look better.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended the ThermalDry flooring and Juan and his crew installed the new floor along with the rest of the waterproofing.  No more cold floors!

Quality 1st Basement Systems installed EverLast basement wall panels in this Middlesex county home. EverLast basement walls look great and also help waterproof the room. It is a beautiful and long-lasting solution!

Kyle installed our WaterGuard french drain system above the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging or damage. WaterGuard collects all water seeping through the wall and from the floor, directing it straight to the sump pump. He then installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump that has three individual pumps inside to protect the basement of this large size.
