The basement of this large property in Matawan was leaking water through the concrete basement walls. Water is able to pass through concrete which is the reason that a lot of basements feel humid and moist. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the basement walls to stop the moisture from coming into the basement. The basement is now dry and has a bright look!

Homeowners in Matawan, New Jersey had an old sump pump that they wanted to upgrade. Quality 1st installed the Triplesafe sump pump in the basement. The TripleSafe provides three levels of protection, with three pumps built in. In case of failure, the other lower level pumps can take over. The TripleSafe also has an UltraSump battery backup system that can pump 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery.  

This homeowner had an older sump pump that failed. Quality 1st Basements replaced the failed sump with a Triple Safe Sump Pump. The Triple Safe Sump is equpped with 3 pumps in 1 liner, a backup battery and an alarm system.

After this sump pump failed to protect this basement, Quality 1st Basement Systems stepped in. We removed the old sump pump and installed our Super Sump Classic. Our Sump Pump has an airtight lid to keep water vapor from evaporating into the basement air. Inside, the pump sits on a stand to avoid damage inside a protective liner. 

One of our neighbors in Aberdeen, NJ was in need of a new sum pump system since their existing one was broken and beyond repair. It had no lid allowing water vapor to evaporate into the basement air creating a musty odor. Unlike our system, this pump had no back up battery for emergencies and no alarm system to alert the homeowner of any issues. This system was far from reliable and so we replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
