A homeowner in New Providence, New Jersey was experiencing water in their partially finished basement and contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and noticed the signs of water. A new sump pump, TripleSafe was installed to ensure the basement stays dry. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one failure the next lower level pumps will kick in. To eliminate moisture and mold the SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to filter the basement air. The SaniDry can be stored easily in any basement or closet because of its upright position. It filters the basement air and can remove up to 109 liters of water per day, and can also dry up to 2,500 square feet in an 8 foot high basement. This dehumidifier will keep the basement dry and healthy.
