The installation consisted of a  48 x 48 Slider Egress Window, a 66 x 36 Egress RockWell and Rockwell Cover.

As water seeps in through the foundation, the french drain collects and directs the flow right to the sump pump system. Now our team just needs to install the discharge line to ensure water is properly removed from the basement. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed this basement in Perth Amboy, NJ. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will protect the basement from heavy water seepage. The sump pump system gets installed in the deepest part of the basement. Water will collect into the french drain system and direct into the sump pump to be removed and discharged 10 to 15 feet away from the homes foundation. Our team then installed our moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace, to prevent moisture and potential mold growth.
