Customer reached out to us because they had a standard basement window that they were looking to turn in to an Egress. When we got out to the property the customer decided on keeping the original window and installing an Egress right next to it.
This project consisted of us digging down and cutting out a 48" x 68" Egress opening in the foundation. Once we had the egress opening we then installed a 48" x 60" Slider Egress Window with a 36" RockWell and Elite Cover.

After dealing with persistent water intrusion and rising moisture levels in their basement, this Randallstown, MD homeowner reached out to Quality 1st for a lasting solution.
Next, our team conducted a thorough inspection and designed a customized waterproofing plan that addressed the unique challenges of the space. We installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System along the perimeter to capture water seeping in through the walls and floor, channeling it efficiently to a sump pump. To stop surface water at the basement entrance, we also integrated our TrenchDrain System, which intercepts water before it can spread throughout the space.
Together, these high-performance systems created a dry, healthy, and inviting environment, giving the homeowner renewed confidence and comfort in their home!
In this basement, we removed the old sump pump system that wasn't pumping out water for our SuperSump premium sump pump system with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump. The pump system is also equipped with an air-tight lid with a floor drain and a WaterWatch alarm system that alerts you if the water level rises too high. By installing this reliable high-volume pump, the basement will be effectively waterproofed, dry from odors, moisture and even radon gas.
Customer had a standard basement window that was cracked and allowing water to get into the finished basement. The customer reached out to us because they wanted to update the standard window to an Egress with hopes that it would help stop the water from getting into the basement.
For this basement project we installed an Egress Window a Wellduct, Waterguard and a SuperSump Pump. The well duct will direct any water getting in through the window well, down the WaterGuard, which will then flow to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement.
