Our solution included the installation of our patented WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement’s perimeter to capture wall and floor seepage and redirect it before it could cause damage. To address surface water at entry points like stairways or doors, we added a TrenchDrain System for targeted protection. At the heart of the system, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump, offering three levels of pumping power, including a battery backup, for consistent performance during storms or power outages. Finally, our IceGuard Discharge Line was connected to ensure water could exit the system even in freezing conditions.
