Customer had a standard basement window that we turned into an Egress.

This customer contacted us looking for solutions in basement waterproofing. He chose our Waterguard drainage system, our Cleanspace vapor barrier and the Triplesafe sump pump system to maximize his protection from flooding. 

For this damp basement, we installed Waterguard, upgraded their pump to a SuperSump Pump, installed IceGuard and Lawnscape Underground Pipe and a Trench Drain.

At this Chester home, the basement walls had begun to leak during heavy rainfall, which was causing water on the floor. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the contracted walls, which will then capture all leakage coming through and carry it down to the sub-floor drain. This poly sheet material will seal against leaks that come through the walls and keep water out of the basement, then into the sub-floor drain.
