Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

At this property in Wilmington, DE, the manager reached out to us regarding high humidity in the storage room of the building and the need to control it. We went out to the property to install our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, which is designed to eliminate the high humidity and no longer have the muggy feeling. Our SaniDry Sedona is the most efficient and highly performing dehumidifier. It is tied into the sump pump system and will automatically drain into it, so the owner will not have to drain it themselves. 

Our team assisted this homeowner by waterproofing the back end of his basement to prevent any water intrusion in the future! Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the footer, as well as our CleanSpace vapor barrier lining the walls. Our TripleSafe sump pump was also installed, and connected to the newly-installed drainage system.

A partially finished basement was showing water seepage through block walls. Our team installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and CleanSpace lining to capture water and seal out moisture. Now the space stays dry, clean, and secure year-round.

Here in Wilmington, the owner's original sump completely stopped working and would no longer pump incoming water out, causing the area to flood. Our team removed the old sump and installed our Zoeller M53 Pump that is submersible and capable of pumping 2,600-6,200 gallons per hour. Not only is this product highly resistant to clogging, but it is also installed with rubber couplings on the discharge line, which means it will help reduce the noise while the system is on and pumping. 

This customer reached out regarding water seepage through the wall whenever it rains. In order to prevent water from coming through the wall and flooding the basement, we installed our WellDuct Window Drain that transports the water from the well duct directly to the inside drainage system.  Our window drainage system is engineered to stop basement flooding due to well duct leakage, preventing any type of water buildup from outside of the home.
