Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In this finished basement on the side of the foundation, a wall crack has begun to leak during heavy rain. We used our FlexiSpan System and injected the wall crack with a Urethane injection. Then we applied a sealant that goes along the length of the crack. After the crack is sealed, a hidden liner lays underneath that will direct any type of water leakage to the waterproofing system. 

This customer reached out regarding a 100-year-old home. The owners wanted to remodel but two of the basement walls would leak during rain. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system around the foundation that takes any water from the walls to our SuperSump. The WaterGuard is designed to capture any water that seeps through the walls and leaks through the floor joint, making your basement safe from any type of water.

Overtime this Garnet Valley, PA, homeowner started struggling with worsening damp conditions in their basement, caused by ongoing water seepage, which prompted them to reach out to Quality 1st for a permanent solution.

After assessing the situation, our team recommended and installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect water, along with the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump to prevent flooding. In this unfinished basement in Upper Chichester, PA, water was coming through the cement foundation wall and leaking down onto the basement floor. Our team dug a trench where the foundation and floor meet to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that will capture the leaky wall water. Then we placed along the walls our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which is a poly sheet material that forces the wall seepage into the sub-floor drain that flows into the sump pump. This waterproofing system will create an effective way to keep the basement dry and vapor free.
