This customer had a finished basement and was trying to use it for extra living space, before it could be considered livable space, they needed to add an egress window and that is where we came in.

We came out and first dug out and cut through their poured foundation to prepare for the egress, we then installed a 48 x 48 Slider Egress Window with an Egress Premier RockWell and RockWell Cover. We also installed a Well Duct drain and connected it to their current waterproofing system.

When heavy rain consistently led to water collecting near their basement window, a New Castle, DE homeowner realized it wasn’t just a nuisance, it was a warning sign of potential water damage.
