My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional.
