Quality 1st repaired a foundation wall and installed a sump pump in my basement. We had some difficulty with the town approving the foundation wall repair and Kyle saved the day! He is the on-site project manager. He coordinated with the engineer, the installers, and the town to make it right. In the end, we needed 2 extra steel support beams and Kyle made sure they were installed immediately and correctly without charging me extra. My only advice to anyone who needs a foundation repair is to request Quality 1st have the engineer visit the site first rather than later.
