After starting the job, the contractors discovered a huge problem with the way the previous owner had dealt with the water problem. Although, I was very upset in the initial stages of the job, they worked with me to resolve the issues so that I ended up happy with the job, even thought it took more time and expense to do it.

Rich Hacker was extremely nice, low key, and it was due to him that I originally decided to do this work.

Victor was terrific, as well as the other two helpers. They worked extremely hard, and always had a smile on their faces, and remained calm when I was very upset. They did everything I asked.

Although it wasn't as I originally expected, I ended up satisfied with the job.
