JD from Quality basements came to fix my foundation issues with a smile and a knowledge and experience that I've rarely seen in any type of business. Walked me through everything, explained in clear language how the project was going then explained everything that was done. I could not believe how minimally invasive the procedure was. I do not have to change my granite tiles and can repair the existing small holes which were created to do the job. Results gave me a level floor which was previously sloping and getting worse. He assured me it was more stable and with a 5 year guarantee, I am really at ease. There was no upsell and the only work done was what was necessary.
