I had a company replace the tiling around my pool and reset the coping. Unfortunately they created a dangerous situation where the coping ended up at a higher level leaving a tripping hazard. Luckily I found Quality First. Their diagnosis was spot on concluding that my deck had sunk down in relationship to the now level coping. Their solution was to do a cement lifting technique which I was naturally suspicious of. Needless to say, I agreed to do the job. The technician JD created small holes in the cement deck and injected strong foam underneath the deck lifting the edge closest to the coping and solved my problem. It is truly amazing that this can actually be done, and even greater that I found a company that did it so well! Strongly recommend for anyone with a similar problem!
