Randy Halal was our tech. He has been here before so I've seen how he works, and so I requested him.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
Water was not discharging. It was probably clogged.
Our Service Work
Randy cleaned and repaired the dehumidifier. The filters were also changed. He then did routine maintenance on the sump pumps.
The Cleanup Process
Work site was left spotless.
