Technician called to advise he was on the way to the appointment within the service appointment and arrived promptly with the ETA provided. Technician identified who he was on the phone and introduced himself again upon his arrival.

Original service appointment was rescheduled. Call representative was pleasant to speak to, explained the situation and was accommodating to dates provided for rescheduled service.

Technician was personable and considerate.

Service performed and recommendation provided for items that may need to be replaced.
