Didn't like that I wasn't called back to tell me a more specific time after the install crew was late, but at least the woman was courteous even though I was not in my best mood due to the lateness. Otherwise, it would've been a 5.

Technically, they shouldn't get a 5 due to lateness, but they were a great crew and I understand that some jobs run behind which can't be helped. I was more upset that the office didn't call me and give me a more specific time after they were an hour late without a call. They ended up being over 2 hours late. However they did show up and completed the job within a couple hours, and were extremely careful not to damage anything. which was great! Awesome crew!
Loved that they put up plastic to keep the dust contained...big points for that. I did wish they vacuumed up some of the little tiny debris left....it really wasn't bad, but you're asking a very clean person this question, so I can't give them a 5, although I will say that compared to other workers of this type, they were wonderful!
More in my budget than other estimates and less expensive than a French Drain from most of the estimates I received. There were two estimates that were less, but this salesman had a better presentation and seemed honest (at least as far as I could tell). He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need which I completely appreciated because I didn't have the budget for anything else but fixing this problem. Good overall experience except for the time it took to get scheduled for this. I had tarps blowing around on the outside of the house that were attached to pipes that stuck out of the house since there was no where else to tie them. These tarps were to prevent water from getting into the basement, but on windy days/nights, I would be biting my nails hoping the tarps didn't rip the pipes off my house, along with the tarp! So if it were scheduled sooner, that would have been optimal. But I understand everyone is busy, so it is what it is. Anyway, thanks for the great work done in my basement!
