We received inconsistent information regarding scheduling, however the discrepancy was immediately resolved.
I'm not sure the sales team and the production team are fully on the same page. The sales team should have a better understanding of how long a job will take.
Jonathan Neira and his crew did an excellent job. They sealed off the basement and were mindful of keeping the house clean. Jonathan took the time to address all of our concerns and answer all of our questions. He was also just a nice guy. :)
It's hard to fully contain all of the residue, but the crew did a very good job keeping the dust out of the rest of the house.
We looked at several options for installation of drains and a sump pump. Your lifetime warranty as well as the sophistication of your system where what ultimately convinced us. We also really appreciated your quick scheduling and discount for cash. We won't know for sure how satisfied we are with this system until we make it 12-18 months with no moisture in the basement.
