Sending the booklet out first was a good idea. It gave me information about the process and I was better able to talk with the salesman.

Our Overall Service

The job took less time then expected which was a bonus. This was done on our beach house so we are anxious to see if the basement stayed dry during the hurricane!

I didn't have to wait long between the initial call and a salesperson coming to give me an estimate.

Answered every question I had or connected me to the person who could. Very courteous and professional.
Sales Process

Very professional, never tried to get me to commit before I had a chance to think about it.

Our Installation Crew

After the jackhammering, you'd never know they were there.

The Cleanup Process

I still had cleanup to do, which was expected, but I could tell they did some cleanup also. It wasn't as bad as I expected.
