I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melvin Cardoza! He really went above and beyond, and was the personification of professionalism. Basements and water issues are a scary proposition, as many homeowners know all too well. Melvin came in right on time and went to work. He patiently answered all my questions, knowledgeably and confidently. I have honestly never had a better rapport with any contractor I have ever dealt with, in any discipline. I would enthusiastically and unhesitatingly recommend Melvin, Bob, and the entire crew.
