Quality 1st Basement Systems has been named one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the Small Business Category! This survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, workforce and businesses.
Some things that set Quality 1st Basement Systems apart from the rest are their community efforts, employee programs, and family-like atmosphere. Quality 1st Basement Systems was also recently named a recipient of the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award, which highlighted the company for giving back to the Monmouth County community. Employees take part in an annual softball tournament, holiday events, and training across the country. “We care about our employees. They are the reason we can offer great service to our customers every day. It makes me proud that they are happy to come to work and give their best every day,” said owner Thomas W. Roman.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The overall registration and survey process was managed by Best Companies Group (BCG). BCG also analyzed the data provided and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
The awards program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. NJBIZ is excited to announce that there will be a new venue, new time and new agenda for this year’s celebration. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards reception and ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 5 PM – 8 PM at iPlay America’s Event Center in Freehold, NJ. During the awards ceremony, each company’s ranking will be revealed live on the big screen – but the fun doesn’t stop there! Guests are invited to access the amusement park to enjoy rides, games and dessert when the program ends.
