Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Cape May, NJ
This homeowner from Cape May, NJ had a dirt floor crawl space that was filtering moisture into the air. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists, Phil Matthews, suggested an entire encapsulation in our durable vapor barrier, CleanSpace as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
The team installed CleanSpace on the walls and floors to seal off the dirt floors, moisture and humidity. They also placed a SaniDry Sedona in the crawl space to rid the air of any humidity and moisture.
The homeowner now has peace of mind that their crawl space is healthy and dry.
CleanSpace and SilverGlo
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was used to waterproof the space and cover the dirt floor which harbored moisture that was making its way into the air and affecting the temperature of the crawl space. SilverGlo panels helped to regulate the temperature by insulating heat.
SaniDry Sedona
SaniDry Sedona was placed in the crawl space to dry any humidity in the air, removing up to 95 pints of water per day.
