Basement Window Water Seepage
This homeowner's basement window was allowing water to seep in due to poor sealing and insufficient drainage around the window well. Over time, heavy rain and groundwater collected around the area, eventually leaking through the gaps and saturating the basement walls.

Old Sump Pump
In addition to the leaky window, the homeowner's old sump pump was no longer functioning efficiently, causing water to back up during heavy rains. Without the power or capacity to keep up with incoming moisture, it contributed to ongoing seepage and dampness throughout the basement.

During WaterGuard Install
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System by excavating a trench along the perimeter of the basement floor, placing the drainage track just above the footing to catch wall and floor seepage, and connecting it to the sump pump. The system was then backfilled with clean washed stone and sealed with fresh cement for a clean, permanent finish.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to provide triple the protection against basement flooding, with three pumps working together to handle heavy water intrusion and power outages, ensuring 24/7 reliability and peace of mind.

IceGuard Discharge Line
To prevent water backup during freezing temperatures, we installed our IceGuard Discharge Line, which allows water to escape even if the pipe becomes frozen or blocked outside, keeping the basement protected year-round.

SilverGlo Insulation Panels
Our crew used SilverGlo Insulation Panels to improve energy efficiency and reflect heat back into the space, creating a warmer, more comfortable basement while resisting moisture and mold.

EverLast Wall Panels
EverLast Wall Panels were installed to give the basement a clean, finished look while offering superior durability and moisture resistance, perfect for transforming below-grade spaces into livable areas.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
CleanSpace Wall Panels were added to create a vapor barrier that protects against moisture seeping through basement walls, helping to keep the area dry, clean, and mold-free.

Window WellDuct System
The crew also installed our WellDuct System to safely redirect water leaking through the basement window well into the drainage system, preventing pooling and moisture buildup in the surrounding walls.

Egress Window
Our durable Egress Window was installed to meet safety codes and provide a safe exit in emergencies, while also bringing in more natural light and ventilation to brighten the basement space.
