WaterGuard Install
In order to install WaterGuard, our crew first creates a perimeter trench and drills weep holes to release any potentially trapped water or hydrostatic pressure. The drainage channel is then carefully placed inside, then we surround WaterGuard with clean-washed stone and a layer of cement is applied to deliver a clean finish.

During SuperSump Install
We began by excavating a designated sump pit at the lowest point of the basement to ensure optimal water collection. The crew then installed our SuperSump Premier System, complete with a high-capacity cast iron pump, airtight lid, and built-in floor drain. Once secured in place, the system was connected to the interior drainage line, and the area was backfilled and restored.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Our crew installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to act as a vapor barrier, preventing moisture from seeping through the foundation walls while directing any water down into the drainage system. This durable, bright-white liner also enhances the appearance of the basement and contributes to a healthier, drier environment.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed to efficiently capture groundwater seepage along the perimeter of the basement floor and channel it directly to the sump pump. Positioned just below the floor slab, this system provides a non-clogging, long-term solution to basement water intrusion.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump Premier was added to serve as the heart of the basement waterproofing system, providing reliable and efficient water removal during heavy rains or rising groundwater. With its strong construction and powerful pump, this system offers the homeowner total peace of mind with lasting protection against basement flooding.
