In order to install WaterGuard, our crew created a perimeter trench, then placed the drainage channel inside directly on top of the foundation footing to avoid potential clogs. Next, the system was surrounded with clean washed stone and a layer of cement was applied, leaving a clean finish.

We added our TrenchDrain System to effectively combat water seepage by directing excess surface water away from the foundation, protecting this property from damage and keeping the space dry and secure.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The crew also installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to provide ultimate protection against water intrusion, with three levels of defense to keep the basement dry, even during heavy rains or possible power outages.
IceGuard Discharge Line
Lastly, our IceGuard Discharge Line was installed to ensure water can safely exit the sump pump even if the discharge line freezes, ultimately preventing backups and keeping this basement protected year-round.
